  1. Delivery Areas We deliver our creations throughout Martinique as well as internationally. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination.

  2. Delivery Times

    • Martinique : We strive to deliver your orders within 3 to 7 working days.
    • International : Delivery times vary between 7 and 10 business days, depending on location.

    Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during peak demand periods (holidays, special events) or due to unforeseen constraints.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Martinique and International : Free delivery for all orders over €100.
    • International : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, package size and destination.
  4. Order Tracking As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns

  1. Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided that the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
